Dr. Sandeep is working on soil carbon sequestration, soil mineralogy, carbon stock assessments, land degradation, soil and water pollution monitoring, and isotopic studies. In bamboo, he is currently working on the conversion of bamboo waste into pellets and biochar. He is the Editor of the Journal of Bamboo and Rattan.
