Mr. Jay was working for a bamboo chopstick company in Japan for 5 years but his heart was always asking him to do something for the country. when he came to India, met the officials of the Uttarakhand Bamboo and Fiber Development Board and started a company for bamboo chopsticks by the name of Jash Manufacture Industry Private Limited in 2018-19 in India.
